1882 Joseph Lucas ‘King Of The Road’ Hub Lamp

This is a third model of patent No 2493, dating to the spring of 1882. It’s a rare brass constructed lamp, at one time nickel-plated which has now oxidised. There are cracks in the lenses and it is missing the internal parts. Despite the issues it’s an interesting and rare survivor.
