THE MONARCH TRICYCLE

A Monarch commercial delivery quadricycle built by John Warrick of Reading, for Bourne & Hollingsworth department store on the corner of Oxford St & Berners St in London. It has similar lamps on the front. This original Monarch Safety Bicycle Lamp is suitable for both bicycles and tricycles.

Warrick took over the business of W.T Pitt (below) and was one of the leading suppliers of commercial tricycles and tradesmen’s bicycles in the 1900s.
