While the Gents’ Quadrant Chainless was sold in reasonable quantities, very few of the Lady’s model have survived, suggesting a low production run. British bicycles were the best in the world and, by the turn of the century, chain-driven machines were built to such a high standard that chainless models seemed unnecessary.
This is one of two known survivors. It was restored in the 1990s and is still in excellent condition and ready to ride.
