The Superbe X Frame was Raleigh’s most distinctive model and became an integral part of the company’s identity in the early years of the 20th century. They even had a celebrity – Miss Phyllis Dare, a leading actress of the era – who appeared on her Raleigh X frame 3 speed for publicity photographs.

This is a very rare early model, produced a year before before the company introduced its Sturmey-Archer 3 speed gear. It’s in excellent preserved condition and ready to ride.
