Premier was one of the world’s leading cycle manufacturers, and their patent truss frame design, which they sold as ‘The Royal’, was their top-of-the-range model. Because the extra tube provided good frame rigidity, one of their specialities was tall framed bicycles.  It’s unusual to find a 30 inch frame, so if you are over 6′ 4″ tall with long legs, this 115-year-old giant machine would be an ideal mount.
