The Royal Ladies was repainted many years ago, and the paint is now weathered. The grips on the handlebar are incorrect for this bicycle. Otherwise everything is good with it. The front mudguard is an ‘All-weather’ and helps to prevent mud splahing from the road onto the rider. It’s rare to see it nowadays on a bicycle. It’s ready to ride.
