This unique Buckley frame is a mystery, and is in remarkable unrestored original condition.

Judging from the size of the frame and the pedal cranks, it appears to have been a special order for a customer, presumably a gentleman under 5 ft tall. With its Hellenic design, it’s also possible that it was a prototype by the company or exhibition model.
