This ‘Baby Rat’ is an unusual combination of scooter and bicycle. You can sit on the saddle and pedal it, or stand up and scoot along. It’s a large machine, too big for little kids. It’s teenager size, or it could be used by an adult around 5ft tall.

The cosmetics are unrestored original, it has a lovely saddle named ‘Lulu’, a rear brake, and it’s ready to ride …or scoot.
