The build quality on these miniature penny farthings was excellent, and many children in the 1980s were introduced to the joys of riding a penny farthing at a much safer distance from the ground than on a full size adult machine.

The front wheel is a similar size to normal road bikes, and it’s fitted with a brake on the rear wheel. It’s in first class original cosmetic condition and is fully functional.
