With a duplex top tube, this Columbia was a state-of-the-art machine for its time. It has an open frame, ie there’s no seat tube – the rear mudguard is solid so acts as a frame member.
It was Columbia’s top-of-the-range model, so it has a rear brake and suspension on the front fork. This 135-year-old machine is in superb condition and ready to ride.
