The 1914 Dursley Pedersen Lady’s Royal Roadster was one of the most expensive bicycles in the world. Its quality and innovative design made it worth the outlay. The fine details are particularly interesting, and all are unique to this model.

The Lady’s Dursley Pedersen is much rarer than the Gents’ model, and this example in first class preserved condition. Everything is original, and it even retains its two transfers (decals), one on the chain case and the other on rear mudguard. It also has a lovely set of original accessories.
I’ve sold fifteen Gents’ Dursley Pedersens and three Lady’s models over the years, and this is by far the most glorious one to pass through my hands. It has been on display in a museum for many years, so new tyres might be a good idea. The frame is in excellent condition, everything works as it should, and it’s ready to ride.
This example is in wonderful preserved condition. Most chaincases were removed over the years. Not only does this one have its original chaincase, but the Dursley Pedersen transfer (decal) has also survived.
