As you can see from the 1956 Pobeda Sledge pictured above, Russia was in the forefront of the technology to adapt vehicles for use in the snow. So it’s hardly surprising that Russian companies made children’s sleds too. The company Chuck & Gek was named after a famous Russian folk story. This example is a sled with bicycle handlebars and seat, and also a footbrake.
